A local stroll

A stroll and a sketch near my beautiful home.

 I am trying to build up the good habit of keeping a sketchbook in my little bag so that when I take a breather on a walk I can do a sketch. Here I am at between Foss Quay and Southdown, the beach accessible at low tide only. The woods are in all their summer glory!

 Also a favourite spot of mine for gathering pottery fragments and other interesting treasure.
